Message from Master's Office

IP Members are requested to contact SARIPA should a Master's Office not be in compliance with this notice, sent on instruction of the Chief Director, Office of the Chief Master: Mrs T Bezuidenhout:

"Mrs Bezuidenhout had requested that ALL offices are to ensure that notification of Insolvency appointments are published daily or on the days that appointments are made in smaller offices.

The notifications MUST be published on the Notice boards in each office and distributed by e-mail as it was done previously(where applicable). The purpose of publication of the appointment lists had been and is to promote transparency in respect of appointments.

Your cooperation in this regard is much appreciated."
