Contingency plan: Service Interruption at the Master's Office Pretoria

The Chief Master has informed us that the office remains inaccessible after an air-conditioning unit caught fire yesterday. Officials of the Department of Public Works and the DOJCD are overseeing the clean-up operation. Members will be alerted once the premises have been declared safe to enter.

The following contingency plan has been proposed, the Insolvency section will have one Assistant Master available on site daily for the postponement of meetings of creditors.

The Registry section will prepare a roster for officials to receive, date stamp documents and written in a register, further information on this will be provided.
