Attached a judgment of Reinders, J of the High Court, Bloemfontein on 16 August 2024.
The applicants sought an order for the setting aside of a liquidation order of Jonker Products (CC) (in liquidation) alleging that the first respondent lacked locus standi in the initial application for liquidation.
The application was dismissed with costs.
